There are certain questions that we're asked often, so we made this page to answer them before they're asked.

Where do you get your awesome graphics?

The majority of the graphics work on this site is the work of our awesome webmaster, peZLand, however some graphics used on the guides pages and around our site are copyrighted material, property of the publishers of each respective game. We've used them on our site for promotional purposes, so people may see the wonderful jobs these artists and developers have done.

Can I write for the Stratos Group?

Possibly. While we're not looking to expand the core group right now, we are always willing to consider adding qualified writers to our staff. If you’ve got a résumé that you think will knock our socks off, send it on in here.

I can't read your guide! I have Acrobat Reader, but it isn't opening the guide. What am I doing wrong?

Chances are that if you can't read our guide, you are using an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Our guides require version 5.0 of the Acrobat Reader program. You can get Acrobat Reader 5.0 free of charge by clicking on 'Acrobat Reader 5.0' in the 'Download' section of our site.

I'm having problems in one of the games that you mention on your site. How can I get help?

If you’re having ‘I can’t beat it’ type problems, first read through the guide for this respective game, then email us if your question is not answered. If your question is of a technical nature, then see our Tech Support page for links to the appropriate places to get help for games we've covered. You can try emailing us or posting to our discussion boards, with technical problems, but your best bet will usually be our Tech Support page.

Are you an online gaming guild?

No. Although several of us do play various games, we tend to master a game, write a guide about it, and then move on to another game, and repeat.

What do you think of goat hoarding?

We love it. It is key to any plan of world domination.

I’m looking forward to Game X, and I want to see you write a guide for it once it’s available. What should I do?

Email Suggestions.
